The grill grates and heat reflector shield I ordered arrived promptly and in satisfactory condition. They appear to be genuine Weber brand materials, but shipped in bulk packaging materials. I wasn't sure if these were previously returned items but they looked new minus some surface scratches. I think the one thing this seller could do a better job of is set the proper expectation of the condition of the items on their storefront page.

The part arrived in due time. However, it took 3 days before I got a shipping notification. That seems a little odd to me. I'm not complaining about how long it took to receive the part. I'm just saying that when you order a part from a website that you hadn't heard of before, 3 days with no contact can be unsettling. I checked the order status twice a day (morning & afternoon), and there was no update whatsoever. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to have incremental order updates that could provide some sort of indication about what is going on (e.g. Item Being Pulled, Item Being Packaged For Shipping, Waiting For Pickup By Shipping Partner, Shipped, etc). Feedback is the name of the game here. Regardless of whether or not I eventually received the parts, I didn't want to have waited in the dark, worrying about whether or not the order was going to go through.

Right after I entered my order, I realized that I'd specified the wrong part. I sent a quick email to customer service, and they immediately corrected the order. After looking at my local hardware store where I bought my grill I was unable to find the parts I needed. Luckily I found Grill Parts and was able to get exactly the parts that I needed. They arrived quickly and fit perfectly. I will be back when I need more parts.

I bought some other parts through another company and regret not buying everthing from grillparts!

Orded burner for old Kenmore grill and rack .Unfortunately the original burner made in the USA is not avable. Replacement fits fine but doesn't have bug guard on tubing .Better quality than an universal replacement though. Also after installing it noticed flame holes are on the bottom edge of the burner not on top edge as original style.Don't know how this will work out ,see more flames on bottom and flows past seam of burner but if it works this way on another grill I guess it OK ,probably won't last as long but I will see..

I was easily able to find what I needed on their website. The order arrived a couple of days earlier than I expected. Packaging was just right (sturdy, well-packed, but too much stuff). It would have been helpful if the installation instructions had been clearer, but I think that is a manufacturer problem, not a problem with the retailer. I will definitely use them again.

I ordered 2 each of 2 different replacement parts for my DCS grill on Aug. 17. I received a package on August 19, but it was just half the order. I notified the vendor about the problem and he immediately reshipped the missing parts on the same day and they arrived 2 days later. Excellent customer service!

Ordered the correct part. Removed the old ignitor box. Reassembled new ignitor box. Added the battery and pressed the button and my burners all lit. Can't ask for more than that.

The shopping experience was fine. However, the two items that I ordered were wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a large box. Now padding was included in the box besides the bubble wrap. The items could rattle around in the box. So far I have not noticed any damage to my items, but I will know better when I install them. Some cushioning in the box would have helped.

Everything was great, although I do wish that reusable shipping containers existed. I ordered several grill parts, all in boxes, and it all came in a bigger box. After I was done installing the parts, there was a lot of cardboard to dispose of.
