Shipping rates cover our actual shipping costs and we make no attempt to derive income from shipping charges. We use UPS, USPS and FedEx Ground to ship the fastest and most economical way.

We attempt to inventory an ample supply of all items shown throughout our website. In stock labels indicate that an item was available in our inventory as of the previous business day.

As you'd expect, we get pretty slammed in the spring and summer months. Our goal is to ship the same day the order is received (Monday through Friday), but it may take up to two business days for your order to ship.

Our focus is our retail customers. To ensure low shipping costs for these customers, we may need to adjust shipping costs for large volume orders, including those that appear to be for export or resale. If this is the case, we will contact you before shipping. We also reserve the right to cancel any order that might adversely affect our core customer base by depleting our inventory beyond an acceptable level.

Free Shipping?
Our pricing is extremely competitive and our margins simply don't allow it. In other words, we don't inflate prices to cover costs & pretend that it's free shipping.

We do not offer 2nd Day or Next Day and cannot ship or process international orders.

Shipping rates are automatically added to the order as it is completed and are based on the total amount of the order as listed below. Please note that any discounts or promotions do not apply to shipping and your shipping rate is calculated based on your order total before any discount is applied.

Orders shipping to the non-contiguous US and Military addresses may require a higher shipping charge than shown on the order total. We'll contact you by email for approval before shipping your order if there are additional charges

US Post Office delivers in 3 to 7 days including Saturday delivery depending on zone. FedEx Ground and UPS deliver in 3 to 7 days depending on zone. We ship from our retail/warehouse facility in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.
