Follow the steps below to return your order
 

We make returns easy.

With the exception of electric and electronic items, you may return any part or accessory in its original, unused and saleable condition within 30 days after you have received your order for a full refund.

We will refund to your credit card, PayPal or Venmo account when the return is processed. Expect to see the refund on your account about 5 days after we receive your return.

Include a copy of your packing slip or reciept

If you do not have a packing slip or receipt, please include a sheet of paper with your name and order number so we know whose account to credit.

Packaging your return

Your return must be properly boxed and sealed to protect the physical product against any damage or marking in transit.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping as well as any supplemental carrier insurance to protect against damage or loss in transit. Please retain the associated tracking information to file a claim in the event that carrier loss or damage occurs.

Lost or damaged returned merchandise in transit to our facility

Grillparts.com is not liable for the value of any returned merchandise that is lost or damaged in transit to our facility, package insurance is highly recommended.

Paid Sales Tax?

If your state requires online retailers to charge sales tax, then you've most likely paid sales tax on your order. If you return that product, then you’re refunded the sales tax paid for the product in addition to the refund of the product.
