Low Shipping Rates
Shipping rates cover our actual shipping costs and we make no attempt to derive income from shipping charges. We use UPS, USPS and FedEx Ground to ship the fastest and most economical way.
Shipping Rate Calculations
Shipping rates are automatically added to the order as it is completed and are based on the total amount of the items in the order.
Same Day Shipping
Our goal is to ship the same day the order is received Monday through Friday. During Holidays it may take up to two business days for your order to ship.
Estimated Shipping Times
US Post Office delivers in 3 to 7 days including Saturday delivery depending on zone. FedEx Ground and UPS deliver in 3 to 7 days depending on zone. We ship from our warehouses in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.
Where We Ship
We ship exclusively to the lower 48 US States, Alaska, Hawaii, the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, military APO/FPO addresses and US Territory Possessions.
Adjusted shipping rates may apply for the outlying-noncontiguous destinations. We'll contact you by email for approval before shipping your order if there are additional charges.
Canada or International Shipping
We are unable to ship to Canada or other international destinations.
Express/Expedited Shipping
We do not offer 2nd Day or Next Day Shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Inventory On-hand, Backorders
We attempt to inventory an ample supply of all items shown throughout our website. In stock labels indicate that an item was available in our inventory as of the previous business day. If an item is out of stock, your order will be held and shipped complete.
Shipping Adjustment for Large Orders
Our focus is our retail customers. To ensure low shipping costs for these customers, we may need to adjust shipping costs for large volume orders, including those that appear to be for export or resale. If this is the case, we will contact you before shipping. We also reserve the right to cancel any order that might adversely affect our core customer base by depleting our inventory beyond an acceptable level.
Free Shipping?
Our pricing is extremely competitive and our margins simply don't allow it. In other words, we don't inflate prices to cover costs and pretend that it's free shipping.
