When will I receive my Order?

In-stock orders typically ship within one business day from our location in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. Shipping travel times are typically 3-5 additional business days. Visit the Order Status Page.

You’ll receive 2 emails regarding your order:

1. Order Confirmation

2. Shipment Notification with tracking information

Didn’t receive email? Please check the Spam/Junk folder in your email app. Contact us if emails are not received.

If an item is out of stock, your order will be held and shipped complete. You will receive an email with an estimated ship date for the order. If you haven't received an email and you have backorder message on your order status, drop us a note.

Canceling or Changing an Order

We’d like to help if you need to adjust or cancel your order.

Orders that HAVE SHIPPED can not be changed or canceled.

Orders that have NOT SHIPPED can be changed or canceled.

First, go to the Order Status Page. If your order is marked Shipped, its on its way and you can not alter or cancel your order.

If you'd like to make a change to your order (or cancel it), you’ll have to Cancel the existing order and place a new one.

If your order has NOT been shipped and you want to make a change, please call or text us at 850-270-3232 or email us from out contact us page.

Where can I find Order Status and Updates?

Go to the Order Status Page and enter your Order ID Number with your Shipping ZIP Code to get the latest information on your order. Records include billing status, comments and tracking numbers when applicable and are updated immediately as we process your order.

How do I Return an Order?

Returns are easy.
With the exception of electric and electronic items, you may return any part or accessory in its original, unused condition within 90 days for a refund. We do not refund shipping costs.

To return items for credit, enclose a copy of your packing slip or receipt with the returned goods (You do not have to authorize your return before shipping it back to us).

If you do not have a packing slip or receipt, please include a sheet of paper with your name and order number so we know whose account to credit. For your protection, please use UPS, FedEx or US Post Office Parcel Post for shipment.

How can I exchange a Part?

We don't have an exchange program. If you've ordered the wrong part, then the best thing to do is place a new order for the correct item and return the incorrect part to us. We'll refund your account (excluding shipping charges) when we receive the return.

What if I can't find a Part on your site?

All of the parts we stock are listed on the website under the appropriate model/manufacturer. We are unable to place special orders. If you can’t find the part you need at Grillparts.com, your best bet is to contact the grills Brand/Manufacturer directly.

Where do I enter my Coupon Code/Discount?

We price our items as low as possible and we do not issue or accept Discounts or Coupon Codes of any kind. If you have one, it didn't come from a legitimate source. While we understand this is disappointing, it is something beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Our Shipping Rates cover our actual shipping costs and we make no attempt to derive income from shipping charges. We use UPS, USPS and FedEx Ground to ship the fastest and most economical way.

Shipping rates are automatically added to the order as it is completed and are based on the total cost of your order. Please see the rate chart below.

Sorry, no free shipping. Our pricing is extremely competitive and our margins simply don't allow it. In other words, we don't inflate prices to cover costs & pretend that it's free shipping.

Do you Ship Parts to Canada?

We are unable to ship to Canada. If you're ordering from Canada but shipping to a US address, use the shipping destination as your billing address.

Do you Ship Parts Internationally?

We are unable to ship to Canada or other international destinations.

We ship exclusively to the lower 48 US States. We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, military APO/FPO addresses and US Territory Possessions with adjusted shipping rates for these outlying destinations.

Do you accept Walk-In Customers?

Yes! We can help you in-person with your grill parts needs. We are located about 2.5 miles east of the Sandestin Outlet Mall and 1/4 mile east of Mack Bayou Road. Take Highway 98 (Emerald Coast Parkway) east to Goldsby Road. We are on the corner of Goldsby and Commercial Parkway. We are primarily an internet business, but walk-in customers are always welcome!

Converting a grill from propane to natural gas or natural to propane gas is beyond the scope of our business. Contact your local gas company to see if they perform this service, or check with your grill manufacturer to see if conversion kits are available for your particular model.

Ordering Online: To order online, go to the parts you need, add the items desired to the shopping cart, and follow the view shopping cart link through to checkout. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal and Venmo for online orders. American Express is offered through PayPal. Simply check out as a guest within PayPal.

Ordering by Phone: If you need help ordering online, give us a call at 850-270-3232 and we'll help you through the process.

Checks & Money Orders: We are unable to process orders via check or money order. If you don't wish to use a credit card, we recommend paying with a PayPal or Venmo account tied securely to your bank account.

For Technical Questions

Please contact your grill manufacturer for specific questions regarding your particular product. Although we have a lot of experience in gas grills, our office and management staff are not factory trained technicians

Parts Availability, Pricing and Stock On-hand

The prices shown on the web pages are current prices on the items in our database an we have no way to give quotes on special orders or volume discounts.

If there is a repair part needed that is not shown we recommend contacting your grills manufacturer directly with part and model numbers.

We attempt to inventory an ample supply of all items shown throughout our website. In stock labels indicate that an item was available in our inventory as of the previous business day. If an item is out of stock, your order will be held and shipped complete.

How We Ship and Process Your Order

The parts we offer are factory certified original equipment parts or exact fit, factory certified replacement parts.

Every effort is made to process and ship the same day as the order is received (Mon. - Fri.) or the next day if the order is received after 2:00PM. We inventory all items shown and ship directly to you from our location in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.
